Founded in 2020, Dots by Dots Consulting’s vision is to build the capacity of grassroots and non-profit organizations to facilitate long-term sustainability, service delivery innovation, organizational growth, and continuous improvement based on sector-specific best practices, including but not limited to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+). 

In the last four years, we have worked with several community-based and social services organizations and local businesses across Peel, York, GTA, and Niagara Falls regions, helping them secure millions of dollars in funding. In addition, we have built the capacity of these organizations in the areas of board and staff training, establishing and streamlining internal systems and processes, project management and evaluation, and enabling sustainability post-COVID-19. The scope of our work spreads across the diverse areas of the Canadian non-profit sector including gender-based violence, mental health and addictions, geriatrics and youth programming, community engagement and development, settlement, arts and culture, social enterprise, and advocacy. Our team comprises of consultants and grant writers with a multitude of skills, experiences, and ideas, which complimented with their ‘passion to serve’ help our clients advance their organizational vision and mission.
